Moe`s Soutdwest Grill in Birmingham

Haven't been to a Moe's in a long time but happy to report that this location is a reason to look forward to visiting much more frequently.All the ingredients were amazingly fresh, the staff was generous in portions as I had remembered. Great food and value.Plenty of close in parking. I really like this location. Has a nice vibe to it.

Back couple years ,it was a place that everyone wants to eat. but right now nobody enjoy the food any more the food got no taste no flavors dry food , can't come back.

Went for free queso day and had a great time. Brought my pup and sat outside on the patio where we both enjoyed our chips and queso lol

Fast, friendly service & good food!

There is absolutely no reason why you should have to go back 3 times because of missing items and mistakes in your orders- there is no excuse for this. The staff was pleasant- which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 3.

Ordered drive thru, chicken bowl with all veggies and no sour cream. Plus cheese, guacamole. What I got - chicken beans rice sautéed onions and cheese. Few jalapeños. No lettuce no cucumbers none of that.. literally no other veggies. Asked for pico and her response - there’s already all veggies added!! Just wow! Ohh and no mask .. any one! It’s the easiest fastest money ever wasted.

The food is decent. I think it's overpriced. Crowed and tables are dirty.

Love Moe's! This location is great. Plenty of indoor seating and the staff are always friendly. Love the burritos and nachos.

Love that I can order on the app and pick up quickly. The queso and guacamole are my favorites. Love the tacos too.

Food was ok, drive thru customer service was horrible. Got my order incorrect twice after insisting it was correct. Make sure you check your food and do not have to encounter DeAndre at the window. He does not care and will insist everything is there even after you tell him it isn't. Will not go back again.

Food Was Good Customer Service was good but this music you guys have playing is trash and it skips on every song!! Prince came on and the song skipped like 10 times Smh. I wanted to gauge my eyes out while eating my food with my wife. Everything else was good which is why I’m not going to score you harshly. If I were scoring the music it would be -0 stars!!!

Went through the drive through there for a burrito and guacamole for my chips. Burrito was excellent but I didn’t get my side of guacamole. Boooooooooo.

Was excited to have moes for dinner only to get a cold burrito, did not get my side of quac and a flat soda. Will not do curbside with them again for sure. Also, took 30 min.

Great customer service, the food was good, but the restaurant was fairly dirty. It could be because we came right after the dinner rush. There was a ton of ice piled up in the drink machine, making it difficult to fill our cups. As we were leaving, some of the staff members were beginning to clean up.

Best Moe’s I’ve ever been to and I go a lot. I’ve lived in Nashville and Memphis and not a single Moe’s tops this one. They are fast, give you plenty of food, and are always nice and welcoming. If you haven’t tried Moe’s, have you even really enjoyed life????? Go here. It’s worth it. And get the queso...always get the queso.

Moe's is a pretty good place to get a quick bite to eat. I like their southwest twist on Mexican food. It's also nice that you can customize pretty much everything on the menu. The staff are always friendly and the line moves through very quickly. All in all, it's just as fast as "fast food" but tastes much better.

Not bad, we liked the old menu better. This location was updated fairly recently and it's nice and the staff is friendly.

I love the New Freshly made tortilla chips that are made every day.

This is my favorite Moe's in the Birmingham area. They are very friendly and have been great about using coupons.

Good stuff, fresh ingredients, tastily assembled. I was told to expect Moe's to be that way, and it was. Definitely southwestern style, but very well done.

Used to love eating at Moe’s but the last couple times the service and food have been sloppy. Went through the drive thru on Friday November 15 and ordered a JC, which is the quesadilla, with chicken, rice and queso. They just put the chicken, rice, and queso in a container and sent it on it’s way.Like they didn’t even but the contents in a tortilla. I ordered a quesadilla and got slop. Didn’t get any chips to go with it just slop. Try to call and speak to a manager but got the run around. Even emailed there consumer services department and there must be a lot of complaints because still haven’t heard anything back.

This is a good location to eat, especially if your shopping or doing anything else in the area. It is easy to notice from the main road with plenty of parking. The food was good and tasted fresh. The employees were friendly and fixed our order perfectly. However there was a couple of problems. The sweet tea containers were empty and we had to ask for forks since that was empty too.

Monday's are the days that they offer the deal on burritos. Delicious everytime I go. The only problem I have when coming here is choosing between black and pinto beans.

I've been coming here for about 10 years. We love it. Very popular restaurant. Food Always SO fresh.. Better than going to Mexican Restaurant and those tacos places.. Welcome to Moe's

Consistently good food and service. You can always count on being greeted and fast service. The food consistently tastes the same.

Failed to make two separate burritos correctly on a drive through order. Upon arriving home to realize they had been made wrong I called to inform them of their error. The blame was pushed through several different employees until I was hung up on. I used to frequent this Moes... not anymore.

I wasn't impressed by Moe's at all. I put it way above Taco Bell, but nowhere near restaurant quality, even though it's at restaurants prices. The shell on my burrito was barely cooked and cold by the time I got to my chair. I wouldn't choose to go here again, but if a friend really wanted to go, I'd eat here once more.

Food was fresh and wait time was minimum. Didn't give 5 stars because I forgot you have to download the app to get the deals

It was Moe's. It was a good quick lunch. This location is cleaner than most and well run.
